What characters can I have monogrammed?
We can only monogram up to five English letters (A-Z) per item. Please do not include numbers, full stops, or any special characters.

Can a monogrammed or personalised items be returned? Please note that all sales are final on any monogrammed or personalised orders, we ask that you triple-check your order before submitting it.

What is the processing and delivery time for personalised items? Please allow an additional two to three days for processing. Please note that this may be longer during peak time.
