Returns policy

You can return most items purchased online to us within 14 days of receiving it. It must be in its unused, unopened and original condition including all contents and original sealed box.  If you’d like to return an item that’s arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product.

All returns must be authorised so it’s important that you contact us before returning an item to us.

Get returns authorisation number

We do not accept returns for the following:
  • – Dated items (e.g planners and diaries)
  • – Pens
  • – Items you’ve started using
  • – Customised or personalised products
  • – Custom-made products
  • – Discounted or Final Sale items
  • – Items with a broken seal on the box
  • – Bottles

 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned item if we feel that it has been maliciously damaged, used or have items missing.

Please do not return any item using the address on the postage label unless explicitly instructed. When you are returning an item, please make sure you return your item to us via a reliable courier and obtain proof of postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us again. We are not responsible for item that is lost or damaged on its way back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance. The cost of shipping for your original order will be deducted from your refund.

As soon as we’ve received your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether a refund or exchange will be processed. Every item that is returned to us shall be inspected and tested upon receipt. We will not refund items that show any sign of usage or damage. Please note that we can only refund through your original method of payment. If you have decided to exchange your item, we can only send your exchange to the address on your original order for the sake of fraud prevention.

Undeliverable orders

When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you’re welcome to place a new order. A package may be ‘undeliverable’ because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.
