Returns and refunds

You can return any item to us within 10 days of receiving it. It must remain unused, unwashed and undamaged. If you would like to return an item that's arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Please make sure you return your item to us via a reliable courier and obtain proof of postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us again. We are not responsible for item that is lost or damaged on its way back to us.

As soon as we've received your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. Please note that we can only refund through your original method of payment. If you have decided to exchange your item, we can only send your exchange to the address on your original order.
